Should you encounter an error with your Time Tracker App, please do the following:

  1. Logout from the VC Time Tracker. If it won't respond, force shut down the application.
  2. Restart your router and restart your computer and re-launch the VC Time Tracker App.
  3. Alternatively do power cycle as mentioned here.
  4. Should the errors persist, please file a ticket. Do not forget to attach relevant screen shot/s.
