When trying to login to our Staff's Portal for the first time you shall encounter the 2FA login layer. 


2FA is essential for our web security as it immediately neutralizes the risks associated with compromised passwords. If a password is hacked, guessed, or even phished, that's no longer enough to give an intruder access: without approval at the second factor, a password alone shall be rendered useless.  



Choose from the 2 options provided above preferably using 


Option 1 The App. By downloading the Authenticator App


Set up Authenticator

  1. On your Android device, go to your Google Account.
  2. At the top, tap the Security tab. If at first you don’t get the Security tab, swipe through all tabs until you find it.
  3. Under "Signing in to Google," tap 2-Step Verification. You may need to sign in.
  4. Under "Authenticator app," tap Set up. On some devices, under “Authenticator app,” tap Get Started.
  5. Follow the on-screen steps.

Option 2
