VC Time Tracker depends Java environment on Mac OS. If your MAC computer's CPU is M1/M2 (Apple Silicon) with Java installed but it prompts JRELoadError when launching Time Tracker App, it is likely that you are having an incompatible version of Java.
There are two versions of Java: Intel and ARM. VC Time Tracker App currently does not work with ARM Java. Therefore you need to install Intel Java on Mac OS.
Here is how you can install Intel Java on MAC OS.
Please open Java download web page (https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads/) and click x64 DMG Installer link and install it. If you have already installed the ARM version Java, you only need to overwrite the installation.
After you install the Intel Java, you should be able to launch VC Time Tracker successfully.
